Sign Documents and Fund Your Investment
Sign specific deal documents, Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Operating Agreement (OA), and send funds to escrow account following our instructions.
Upon property closing, you will begin earning your share of the deal which is typically distributed quarterly.
We invest in properties that:
- Produce above market returns
- Usually carry a value-add component which our management teams leverage throughout the investment lifecycle, usually 3 – 5 years, to improve NOI (Net Operating Income)
- Provide consistent cash flows from operations, as well as asset appreciation
- Allows us to provide investors with asset depreciation, which can be applied to offset other capital gains
